Ratafia, a sweet liqueur typical of Champagne, is a blend of freshly pressed grape must and alcohol.

Its amber colour is very intense. Its mouth is well balanced between sweetness and character.

It offers very intense notes of candied fruit, cocoa, milk caramel and prune.

A combination with firm cheeses such as well matured comté cheese is ideal.
