GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

The use of the Site by any person (hereinafter "you" or "the user"), regardless of the purpose of his visit, is governed by these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the "General Terms and Conditions of Use"). Unless otherwise required by law, any dispute concerning the Content and use of the Site falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Amiens, including in the event of multiple defendants or proceedings for interim relief or upon request.
