Marc de Champagne is an amber-coloured eau-de-vie with a regulated designation of origin, obtained by distilling grape marc from the Champagne vineyard alone.
It will find its place, as a digestive after a meal, but also to accompany some desserts. It will also be a good companion for vanilla ice cream, Tatin pie and chocolate.
